C# 문자열 중에서 토큰으로 분리된 숫자 구하기

UART로 전송되는 여러 숫자로 이루어진 문자열 데이터를 숫자로 분리 하여 표시 하기위해 함수로 만들어 보았다.

ScanValue 함수
